Photo competition form

Pony horseshoes have been on the wish list of many Duplo fans for a long time. This year, it finally happened — the 50mm size is now available! Since the "smallest" ponies haven’t been part of our customers for very long, we need your support in terms of marketing because we need photos! Send us the funniest and most beautiful pictures of your beloved ponies and treat yourself this year for St. Nicholas Day, as the winner will be announced on December 6th.

The top 3 photos will make it to the official voting round, which will take place from November 29, 2024, until December 6, 2024 (10:00 AM) on Facebook and Instagram. The deadline for submitting your photos is November 24, 2024.

The photo with the most likes across both platforms Facebook and Instagram will win 30 pony horseshoes — a one-year supply based on an average shoeing period of 7 weeks!
Please note that only the likes on the company’s four official profiles will be counted for the contest!

Eligible for participation are all ponies with hooves smaller than 102mm — whether you're already a customer or considering trying out our products. AI-generated images are excluded from the contest.

Declaration o consent to the publication of photos of your pony

By completing this form, I consent to the publication of my personal data and the photos submitted. Consent is given in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Art. 7.

The company (H. Frank Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Vorderfreundorfer Straße 20, 94143 Grainet, Germany) and its official national representatives (hereinafter “the company”), would like to use my photos submitted as part of the Photo Contest (hereinafter referred to as ‘data’) as follows in order to personalise the external presentation of the company and to inform about the use of the products (hereinafter “purpose”):

for the purposes of the Photo Constest for the pony shoeing annual supply
on the company's websites,
in the company's social media channels,
in print media, and
in the company's newsletter.

Withdrawal of Consent

I am aware that it is not possible to change newsletters that have already been sent, and that print media that have already been printed cannot be changed and will not be disposed of! However, my testimonial will no longer be used for further editions after withdrawal.

This consent is voluntary. I can refuse it without giving reasons and have no disadvantages to fear from refusing it. Consent can be withdrawn informally at any time, e.g. by post to the address below. The legality of the publication until withdrawal remains unaffected.

Information on the Internet can be accessed worldwide and can be copied and redistributed. This may mean that it is still available even if the original publication has been deleted.
