Consent to the Publication of a Personal Experience Testimonial

By completing this form, I consent to the publication of my personal data and the photos submitted. Consent is given in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Art. 7.

Withdrawal of Consent

I am aware that it is not possible to change newsletters that have already been sent, and that print media that have already been printed cannot be changed and will not be disposed of! However, my testimonial will no longer be used for further editions after withdrawal.

This consent is voluntary. I can refuse it without giving reasons and have no disadvantages to fear from refusing it. Consent can be withdrawn informally at any time, e.g. by post to the address below. The legality of the publication until withdrawal remains unaffected.

Information on the Internet can be accessed worldwide and can be copied and redistributed. This may mean that it is still available even if the original publication has been deleted.
