Instructions on Withdrawal and Withdrawal Form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

— by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you wish to withdraw from your contract, please complete the model withdrawal form. However, the use of the model withdrawal form is not mandatory; you may also provide us with the necessary information by other means.
In order for us to assign your withdrawal correctly, we absolutely require the following information:
- the goods you wish to withdraw from
- your name and your address
- the order number (if the goods have not yet been invoiced)
- a copy of the invoice (if you have already received the goods)
In the case of returns without this necessary information, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of EUR 5.00 net. Further information on returns can be found under FAQ → Service & Conditions.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel. You shall also bear the direct costs of returning non-parcelable goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150.00 for returns within the Federal Republic of Germany, a maximum of EUR 1,000.00 for returns from the EU area, and a maximum of EUR 5,000.00 for returns from the rest of the delivery area.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Allgemeine Hinweise
Please note that the following information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal:
Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
