Please note:
This form is not suitable for changing or cancelling orders before they have been dispatched.

As many of our customers require the ordered horseshoes and hoof products at short notice, processing orders always takes priority over handling other enquiries. Our shipments are usually handed over to the shipping service provider at around 12:00 p.m. Therefore, withdrawal requests or requests for changes submitted via this form before dispatch cannot always be processed in time.

If you placed an order by mistake or would like to make a last-minute change, please call us directly. A quick phone call is the fastest way for us to check whether your order can still be stopped or amended before it is handed over for shipping. In many cases, this helps avoid unnecessary shipping and return costs.

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email – or in your customer account. There, you can also conveniently cancel a specific order.
