The Olympic model from Con Cuero is a premium farrier apron designed for professional use. It features a synthetic base with leather trim, plus extra reinforcement and padding for exceptional durability and comfort during daily work.

Additional features include: double knife pockets on both sides, a magnet on one side for storing tools or nails, a plastic quick-release buckle at the waist, and a velcro strap. The leg is secured with a TENAX fastener.

For this reason, the model was renamed Alex – reflecting its versatile fit.

The well-designed ergonomic cut allows optimal freedom of movement for all work around the hoof. A standout feature is the extra-strong knee padding: a particularly thick, integrated rubber pad in the knee area provides high comfort and additional protection, ideal for farriers who regularly work in a kneeling position.

The year 2024 marked the beginning of a new development phase for Con Cuero Artesanos: relocation, expansion of the production facilities, and modernization of the machinery. As part of this process, the Auro model was created – a farrier apron consistently designed with ergonomics and functionality in mind.

A defining feature of the Con Cuero Auro is the central quick-release buckle at the front of the waist, which ensures a high level of comfort and a precise fit. In addition, a rotating buckle is integrated on each side of the waist, allowing the apron to adapt flexibly to the body during movements such as bending and straightening up – a clear advantage in the demanding daily work of the farrier.

With the Queen model, Con Cuero specifically addresses the unique demands women face in daily farrier work. From the very beginning, the female anatomy was the focus – an approach that has been consistently developed further alongside the growing number of women in farriery.

Like the Auro model, the Queen also features a central front closure that provides a secure and balanced feel when worn. Rotating buckles on both sides of the hips allow the belt to move optimally with every motion. This keeps the farrier apron correctly positioned at all times without restricting movement or slipping out of place.
