How Does the Giveaway Work?

During the promotional period from May 1 to September 30, a €50 Duplo voucher is raffled every month among all participants who submit a review for a verified purchase.
Our tip: Submit one or more product reviews each month during the promotional period – each review counts as one entry and increases your chances of winning.
In our online shop, you can share your opinion and experiences about the respective product. The requirement is that you have already purchased the item once via our online shop. This ensures that only reliable and experience-based feedback appears in the reviews, so other customers and interested parties can rely on them.

Select the purchased item in your order history or search for the corresponding item number using the search field.

Submit Review

Click on the yellow button "Write a review". Tell us your opinion and save your review. Your review will be approved shortly.

Keep your Fingers Crossed & Check Spam Filter

After the winner is drawn, the voucher will be sent to the email address stored in the winner's customer account.

Giveaway Rules

To ensure everything remains fair, please note the following conditions:

Promotion period: May – September 2026 (monthly raffle)
Each review = 1 entry: Every review of a verified purchase is automatically entered into the raffle – regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
Participation: Only natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate
Redemption: The voucher can be redeemed in our online shop until December 31, 2029. No cash payout possible.

When Does the Promotion Start and End?

From May 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (11:59 PM CET), it's time to: review & win!
Secure your chance to win a Duplo voucher during this period.

Can I Win More Than Once?

Yes. There is a new chance to win every month. Those who have already won can participate again in the following months and win again, as the winner is determined randomly – provided that another unique review is submitted.

Do I Have to Be Logged In?

Yes. Please log in to your customer account. A requirement for submitting a review is that you have already purchased the item via our online shop. This ensures that only reliable and experience-based feedback is shown in the reviews and that other customers and interested parties can rely on them.
Participation with a guest account is unfortunately not possible.

I Ordered as a Guest – Can I Participate?

Unfortunately not. Since reviews in our shop can only be submitted for verified purchases, participation as a guest customer is not possible. However, as the promotion runs over a longer period, you are welcome to participate with your next order – provided that you create a customer account beforehand. By the way, you will also benefit from our online regular customer discount of 2% on every online order – so registering is currently doubly worthwhile.

I Always Order by Phone or Email – Can I Participate?

Unfortunately not. Since reviews in our shop can only be submitted for verified purchases, participation in this case is not possible. However, as the promotion runs over a longer period, you are welcome to participate with your next order – provided that you create a customer account beforehand. Does Every Review Count?

Every review of a verified purchase is automatically entered into the raffle – regardless of whether it is positive or negative. Of course, we appreciate positive feedback the most, but we also welcome constructive criticism and pass it on internally. However, we reserve the right to delete reviews containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content and exclude them from the giveaway.

Am I Automatically Entered Into the Raffle Every Month?

No. The monthly raffle is conducted among all reviews submitted in that particular month. This means a review submitted in May will only participate in the May raffle.
Our tip: Submit one or more product reviews each month during the promotional period – each unique review counts as one entry and increases your chances of winning.

Can I Review Multiple Items?

Of course. Each unique review counts as one entry. However, identical or copied texts will not be considered multiple times.

Can I Write My Review in My Language?

Please write your review in one of our website languages: German, English, French, Spanish, or Italian.

Can I Redeem My Voucher After the Promotion Period?

Yes. The voucher is valid until December 31, 2029.

Is There a Minimum Order Value to Redeem the Voucher?

No. The voucher can be redeemed from a cart value of €1.00.
Cash payout is excluded.

Does the Voucher Also Apply to Shipping Costs?

No. The voucher cannot be applied to shipping costs – these remain as usual. All information about shipping costs can be found under "Payment & Shipping".
