Customs-related information for shipments to Australia and New Zealand

According to the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), certain requirements apply to shipments to Australia and New Zealand which we cannot fully implement in this form. Please note that by completing the ordering process you confirm that you have taken note of the following points and agree to them:

• According to the IHK, the name of the vessel or the flight number by which the goods will arrive in the destination country should be stated on the shipping documents. As we work with Deutsche Post / DHL and do not receive information about their transport routes, this is not feasible for us.
• For import processing, our invoice contains all relevant information, including the customs tariff number, the country of origin, the value of the goods and the net weight of the individual products.

DHL Express

If time is of the essence, we are happy to offer you express delivery in cooperation with our team. Please note that for express delivery, a person must be present to sign for receipt. Up to two delivery attempts will be made. Alternatively, delivery to a Packstation is also possible.

Prices for express delivery depend on weight and the additionally selected options. Please also note that orders for express shipments are only accepted until 11:00 a.m. The final costs will be communicated to you by our customer service; the following table serves as a preliminary guide.

United Kingdom

Import VAT and clearance fees

For all orders shipped to the United Kingdom, import value-added tax (import VAT) and a clearance fee (clearance fee) must be paid.

Most horseshoes and accessory products manufactured in our company are eligible for preferential treatment under the agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom; therefore, no additional import duty (import duty) is usually charged for these items. However, this does not apply to all products in our range (e.g. horseshoeing accessories). Details on the origin can be found on your invoice.

Special shipping conditions for customers in the United Kingdom

As we currently do not have a distribution partner in the United Kingdom, we are offering you a special promotion:
Shipping costs are reduced to EUR 15.00 per parcel until further notice.
