SEPA Direct Debit Scheme The amount of invoice will be charged from your bank account 7 days after the invoice date. The exact date will be mentioned on your invoice. Your articles will be shipped as soon as possible. Prepayment You'll receive an invoice with our bank details in a separate e-mail. Your articles will be shipped upon receipt of payment. The products are reserved for you until your payment has arrived (14 calendar days at most). After this period, the products will be cleared for sales again and your invoice will be cancelled. Please note that (depending on your bank and your country) the transmission of your payment may take 1-4 working days. In order to accelerate the process, you can also pay your invoice via PayPal (info@duplo-frank.de). Please always state your invoice number as reference so we can identify your payment. |

Special Shipping Terms for Our Customers in the United Kingdom
After the recent Farrier Focus event, we took some time to reflect on the many valuable discussions we had there. We
received great feedback and noted a clear interest in our product range. Since we currently don’t have a
distribution partner in the UK, we’re introducing a special offer to make it easier for you to access our products
directly: shipping costs have been reduced to 15 EUR net per parcel until further notice.
Why do I have to pay fees for deliveries to Great Britain?
We have to charge import VAT and clearance fee for all deliveries to Great Britain.
Most of the horseshoes and accessory products that are manufactured in our company are of European Union
preferential origin;
therefore, there is generally no additional import duty on these products. However, this isn't the case for all
products in our range (shoeing tools, for example).
Please take a look at your invoice for details about the products' origin.
