Hatchet-Shaped Toeing Knives by WSH Hoofcare
The slogan of the WSH-Hoofcare-Series is: "Products for Professionals — Makes the Job Easier." The toeing knives were also developed under this premise. The WSH toeing knives in hatchet shape with a blue wooden handle are available in a 280mm and a 330mm long version.
A toeing knife is not found in every tool trolley; however, some farriers use it to shorten the weight-bearing edge of the hoof wall and in combination with a soft-face mallet for hard hoof horn.
With our alternative horseshoes with plastic cover, they are also well suited for shaping the shoe to the hoof.
