A hoof cast can be useful if the horn capsule should be completely immobilized and if no nails can be used for fixating the hoof protection.

For these applications, we have developed a special system for a cast horseshoe. Our composite horseshoes can be secured with the cast system entirely without nailing or gluing. In our cast instructions, we have summarized the most important steps and specifics for you.

When working with our alternative horseshoes, please always observe our current safety instructions. Our cast system is not intended to diagnose or cure diseases. However, a cast shoe can be used as a supportive measure.
